Getting Started

Our Sessions

Our sessions are calm, predictable and designed to help children feel safe, settled and ready to engage.

Children arrive at their own pace with no pressure; feeling safe always comes first. We focus on wellbeing, connection and emotional regulation, using nature as our classroom.

Sessions end gently so children leave feeling grounded and supported. Strong safeguarding procedures and daily risk checks ensure a safe environment for everyone.

All sessions are led by experienced, qualified practitioners and remain child-centred in approach. Parents and carers are welcome to stay on site if this helps their child feel safe and settled.

What To Wear

As we run outdoor, nature-based sessions in all seasons, appropriate clothing is essential to ensure children stay warm, dry, comfortable and able to fully participate. Detailed guidance will be sent prior to sessions, but please use the following as a general guide.

As you can appreciate, we spend most of our time in the forest supporting the children, so our admin capacity is limited. Most information can be found on the website, but if you’ve checked and still can’t find what you need, please do get in touch and we will respond as soon as possible.
