Overview
We understand that plans can change. The following refund policy applies to all bookings made for RAW Learning Summer Holiday Club sessions.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
28 or more days before the session
A full refund will be issued, minus a £1 per child administration fee.
14 to 27 days before the session
A 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 14 days before the session
No refund will be issued. All bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of the session date.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us at info@rawlearning.co.uk as soon as possible, quoting your booking reference and the session date.
Exceptional Circumstances
We will always try to act fairly. If you have exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
If RAW Learning Cancels
In the unlikely event that RAW Learning cancels a session, a full refund will be issued to all affected bookings.
